SCOPE OF SERVICES
WritePilot shall customize to each consumer in the Middle East market the services provided such is within the conditions and terms as described and agreed herein, and shall provide the services in accordance with the dates or delivery schedule set by the user following his/her creation of a personal account.

CUSTOMER'S DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer will make available in a timely manner at no charge to WritePilot all data, programs, files, documentation, sample output, or other information and resources required by WritePilot in ENGLISH for the performance of the Services. Customer will be responsible for, and assumes the risk of any problems resulting from, the content, accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all such data, materials and information supplied by Customer.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. WritePilot does not sell services for children, but if you are under 18, you may use WritePilot only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. WritePilot reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
FEES AND BILLING
Customer will pay for the services in the manner stipulated herein and in the amount and currency as agreed on the date of requesting such services. The fees will cover the services and any expenses related to such services. Prices are subject to increases based on the time limit scheduled by the user for the delivery of the service order and the duration provided to WritePilot to complete the assigned task. Standard prices are set at 3 weeks minimum, any delivery orders short of the standard time limit entails an additional 10-20% increase in prices.
WritePilot Services are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) and delivery costs since all service transactions will be carried out online and over communication networks provided by international, local or regional Internet Service Providers.
PRIVACY POLICY
Customers’ information will not be made available to third parties. WritePilot shall use the information that the Customer supplies to follow and perform the services for standard/core business purposes only. WritePilot is registered in the Information’s Commissioner’s Office (ICO) to ensure protection of customer data and information security.
GUARANTEE
WritePilot shall perform its obligations in a professional and timely manner. ALL SERVICES PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONED ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", AND WRITEPILOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE REGARDING OR RELATING TO ANY MATERIALS OR SERVICES FURNISHED OR PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER UNDER THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO SAID MATERIALS AND SERVICES.

BINDING CONTRACT
This Agreement shall be considered binding when the consumer/end-user receives, by e-mail or other viable medium, the Aknowledge receipt of order And invoice number to which the service order conforms to indicating: the type of service requested (e.g. Cover letter writing, editing or proofreading, etc), total payments incured as a result of ordering the service/s and the identified date of service delivery, at which point this will signal the start of carrying out the service/s and shall cancel any consumer rights to cancelleation of the service order OR A REFUND
AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND GUARANTEES
The consumer is entitled on a one-time basis and within 24 hours of receipt of the service to request modifications, alterations, additions and deletions to the original service order FREE OF CHARGE. Where this time slot has elapsed, WritePilot shall consider that the service was provided To the satisfaction of the consumer and shall not be subject to any refunds.
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
WritePilot grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of WritePilot. DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to WritePilot or services sold or in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $ 5,000 shall be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 days.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, which cannot be amicably settled between the parties within 30 days and where the aggregate total exceeds $ 5,000, shall be submitted to arbitration. If the two arbiters don’t reach an agreement, the conciliation and arbitration tribunal of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where services are provided, will decide who can carry out this function and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
LAW AND LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT
The English language shall be the governing language of the contract as well as the communication between Write Pilot and the customer/end user unless otherwise agreed by the two parties.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In carrying out the services under this contract, WritePilot shall not accept to process any information relating to profanity and/or prostitution and even child pornography.
UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATION
The user of WritePilot shall agree to accept “unsolicited commercial” communication on behalf of WritePilot for purposes of advertisements, greetings and targeted e-marketing.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is made under, and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. This SERVICE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN the CUSTOMER AND WritePilot FOR THE SERVICES listed and IDENTIFIED on the website. BY USING THESE SERVICES YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE AS OF THE DATE the request is made. I AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT I DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
